MedFi is the practice operating system built and supported by AfrIgnite Smart Solutions — a real company at a real address, accountable to the practices it serves.
MedFi is a single, auditable system that runs the operational side of a Zimbabwean medical practice — reception, clinical work, billing, claims, reconciliation, finance, inventory and compliance. It is not a dashboard layered over other software. It is the system of record.
It was built around a specific observation: practices here lose money to medical aids every month, not because the work is wrong, but because reconciliation is labour-intensive and the gap between what is owed and what is paid is rarely chased. MedFi closes that gap by default, then runs the rest of the practice on the same source of truth.

MedFi is engineered in Zimbabwe, for Zimbabwean medical aids, tariffs, fiscalisation and regulators. The people who built it are the people who support it.
Tenant isolation, role-based access, consent capture, full audit trails and bank-confirmed closing. The controls an inspector or a council asks for are the architecture, not an add-on.
We are not a foreign product re-skinned for Zimbabwe. MedFi was written against the way local practices actually run — AHFoZ tariffs, CIMAS and PSMAS remittance formats, ZIMRA fiscalisation, the MDPCZ records requirements, and now the Cyber and Data Protection Act and POTRAZ inspections.
Our in-house Data Protection Officer is a certified, practising lawyer with over 20 years' experience. We carry that expertise into the platform and into the consultations we run with practices — not as marketing, but as a working compliance resource.
We do not publish fabricated metrics. Where we have proof, we show it. Where we do not yet, we say so. The case studies page sets out what we can and cannot yet claim.
